How to retrieve a dictation in Talk

The Retrieve button is used from the Tracking grid. It will only appear if the selected dictation is retrievable.

Once clicked, the dictation is loaded and you can now amend the dictation details or audio.

The status will change to “Retrieved by Author” until it is completed and sent to the Typing Pool.
