Go to https://admin.lexacom.com/ in a browser such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox and click the
‘Forgotten Password’ button:

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions and ensure your password meets all the requirements. Chosen passwords are checked to ensure the most common passwords are not used.
