My headphones are not working with Lexacom

By default Lexacom 3 will use the playback device that Windows has set to being the Default Device.  If this device is set by Windows to the PC Speaker rather than the Headphones Lexacom playback via the PC Speaker.

Lexacom 3 can be set to use a specific playback device from the Lexacom 3 settings. This can be checked and set by following the steps below.

  • Login to Lexacom 3.
  • Click on the Lexacom Logo Bottom Left
  • From the menu Select Settings.
  • Check that the Playback device is set correctly
  • If this is not the desired headphone, use the dropdown menu option to select the correct device
  • Once selected, click Save
  • This will warn that a restart may be required
  • Exit and restart Lexacom
  • Log in and Test

If after selecting the correct device, you are still not able to hear via the headphones, please contact the Lexacom Helpdesk
