Your tracking grid shows your incomplete jobs.
The Tracking grid is available to users that make jobs (authors). The Tracking grid does not appear for users that do not make jobs (e.g. if they only transcribe jobs).
The Tracking grid will only show you jobs that you have made, on any workflow step, that have not yet been completed. These jobs may be at workflow steps that do not require your attention.
You may load jobs from your Tracking grid, similarly to loading from your Review grid. When loading from Tracking, however, you may have additional functions to manage the job (e.g. changing its workflow or workflow step) but cannot be progressed to a workflow step. This is called Job Management View.

This issue is now resolved and users can send dictations. Dictations sent yesterday and over the weekend will take a short while to process and appear, we appreciate your patience whilst we undertake this.
