How do I add a user to a Pool?

Team Owners and Admins may add team members to pools through Lexacom Portal. To do this:

• Log into Lexacom Portal as a Team Administrator
• If you are an Administrator of more than one team, select the team from the Teams page
• Click on the Pools sidebar item
• In the bottom half of the Pools window, select the pool in the dropdown list
• Tick the user in the list of team members
• Click Submit

Team members may only be a member of a single pool in a team.

!  Users that will only use Echo do not need to be a member of a pool. Teams that only use Echo will not have (or need) pools.
