How do I move a job to the next workflow step?

All jobs in Lexacom are made on a workflow. A workflow is made of steps, and the job will pass from step to step on its way to completion. Most workflow steps will be visible to one or more pools, though some workflow steps (e.g. for deferred speech recognition) perform automated actions and so are not visible to team members.

When you have completed work on a job at its current step, you will need to progress this to the next workflow step.

If the current workflow step only has one next step, you will have the default progress button in your action buttons:

Click the progress button to move the job to the next workflow step.

If the current workflow step links to more than one step, the workflow will show custom buttons, e.g.:

If you hover your mouse cursor over the icon this will describe the action that will be applied to the job.
