How do I confirm membership of a team?

When you are added to a team, you may need to confirm your membership of that team – this is to ensure that users are not added to a team accidentally or without their consent.

If you log into Lexacom and have not confirmed membership of your team, you may receive a message like this:

To confirm membership of your team:

  • Log into Lexacom Portal
  • If you have any pending team memberships a message will appear like so:

  • Click the tick to confirm your membership of the team, or click the cross to ignore this request. If you ignore the request, the team owner or admin may still request to add you to the team in the future.

Some teams do not require new members to confirm team membership.
