Lexacom Scribe and Helpdesk during the Christmas 2022 holidays

With the Christmas holidays fast approaching, these are the dates to take note of for Lexacom Scribe and Lexacom Helpdesk

Lexacom Scribe dictations

For Lexacom Scribe customers, dictations will be returned as follows over the festive period;

Dictations sent before 5pm on Friday 23^rd December will be returned by close of business on the 28^th December
Dictations sent after 5pm on Friday 23^rd December will be returned by close of business on the 29^th December

Dictations sent before 5pm on Friday 30^th December will be returned by close of business on the 3^rd January
Dictations sent after 5pm on Friday 30^th December will be returned by close of business on the 4^th January

Lexacom Helpdesk will be closed for the following bank holidays

You will still be able to use your Lexacom software during this time, but support requests will not be actioned until the next business day.
