How do I get the log files for Lexacom 3?
If you encounter problems with Lexacom 3, the Lexacom Support Team may request the Lexacom 3 log files to assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem.
These log files collect information on how Lexacom 3 is running. Unless the application has been put in Debug mode, these will not record the contents of your audio recording or transcription.
To collect the log files
In File Explorer, go to:
C:\ProgramData\Aprobrium\Lexacom3\Logs
Right click on your Windows Login and select:
Windows 10:
Send to > Compressed Folder
Windows 11:
Compress to… > Zip File
Please then rename the folder with the case reference number and send to the Lexacom Helpdesk as instructed.
