How do I reset a forgotten password?

Your Lexacom account will have a password; you create this when you confirm your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgotten Password link to reset your password.

  • Click the Forgotten Password link within the Login box

  • Enter your email address
    Email address field in the Reset Password form
  • Click Submit

This will send you an automated email.

  • Follow the link provided in the password reset email. If you have requested an email but the automated email has not been received, check your Junk or Spam Mail folders.
  • In the window, enter your new password
  • Confirm your new password

  • Click Submit

Passwords for Lexacom accounts must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 8 Characters
  • Not contain the name of current (or past) Lexacom products (e.g. “Lexacom”, “Echo”, “talk”, “admin”)
  • Not appear on the list of common passwords (e.g. “password”, “12345”, “godzilla”)
