How to add notes and attachments

Attachments

Supporting documents (attachments) can be added to a dictation, prior to sending to the Typing Pool

• Click the attachments button to open the attachments window
• Click Add to add an attachment

Browse to and select the desired attachment

• Click Open
• Click Remove to remove an attachment
• Click View to open an attachment
• Repeat for any other attachments
• Click Save
• Continue to make and send the dictation as normal

Notes

Supporting notes can be added to a dictation prior to sending to the Typing Pool

• Click on the notes field above the Audio Toolbar and type all supporting notes
• Continue to make and send the dictation as normal
