Lexacom displays dictations in the form of table grid. 

Information about each dictation appears as a line in the grid and can be used to review, track or filter the dictations you have made.

• Dictations – The Dictations tab show the Dictations Grid with dictations awaiting action
• Tracking  -The Tracking tab shows the Tracking Grid with the user’s past dictations.

These grids may be manipulated in a number of different ways to customise the layout. See How to Sort or Filter Dictations.

To locate an individual, or group of, dictations you have actioned go to Tracking and ensure the Seen On date range has been amended.

• Hover the cursor over the column you wish to search
• Click on the filter icon which appear on the right hand side of the field

• Tick the item you are searching for or enter a text search
• All dictations meeting this criteria will now be displayed in the Tracking Grid

To clear this filter

• Right click on the column you are searching
• Select Clear Filter
