My EMIS integration isn’t connecting

If you have been configured to use EMIS and the patient details are not being pulled down into the notes section, it may be that connection to the EMIS system has been interrupted.

If the connection status in the bottom right of your screen is red, and clicking it does not reconnect EMIS, please check with your practice manager to ensure that Lexacom is still authorised to access your EMIS instance.

This issue is now resolved and users can send dictations. Dictations sent yesterday and over the weekend will take a short while to process and appear, we appreciate your patience whilst we undertake this.
